This is interesting. I have never compared these numbers to another teams, just maybe on fast look. Just had some basic setup to grow the fanbase all the time. A lot of time has passed for sure.
Also Renttu juniors - A junior team, has 2,8 million fans, which would be 3rd most from any teams. Division 3 was not listed in here ?
Everything of the profit goes to the cash cost, though....
i collected data only from div1 and 2. not only some old junior team in div3 have a lot of fans, but some of them also are the richest teams in the game...
there are also some div2 teams who never reached div1 with a lot of fans
with this data i wanted to demonstrate how this system is so unbalanced and destroy competitiveness of most of the teams. this is why i'm asking for improvements like: new weekly fans calculation algorithm, a division fan cap, a global fan pool.
but if Frank want to do a new fans or merchandise system instead of balance the current system, i hope we will have it soon.
I think Matteo's estimations are quite right. It probably fluctuates at the top and at the bottom because for example mine is a bit lower and it was a lot lower last season
My estimations are an average, the maximum and minimum values can fluctuates up to about +-50-60% compared to the average value, based on merchindise modifiers
Henri, cash cost tax is doing its work to prevent an unlimited money accumulation, and the fact that with your fans income you can maintain your current money even with 4 top drivers salaries to pay, its another indicator that the fans income is unbalanced and it's ruining competitiveness
i disagree, you are describing something that doesn't exist and i'm going to show you why:
if you have 400M your cash tax is about 20M so it's impossible to gain money and in fact you now have about 300M
if you have 300M your cash tax is about 15M.... and so on
if you have 100M your cash tax is about 5M and it's easy for a team like yours to gain money with an average fans income of 12M..., but imagine a team with only 2M fans income or less, his break even point is way lower than your so you have a good advantage like before.
and by the way cash cost % isn't fixed to 5% but, from what is my understanding, it decrease if teams savings decrease, and it increase if teams savings increase. this is a good thing imho.
this is why you are not risking at all to reach 0 in balance…cash tax didn't change the teams competitiveness, it just prevent the wild hoarding of money that there was before. and another consequence of this is that maybe salaries could be a little bit lower accordingly to the new economy, we just need to adapt
i remember that some time ago you complained about the lack of competitiveness in chat, but the current fans system gives a too big advantage to teams like yours because it's impossible to close the fans number gap.
