The problems which caused the youth races to stall have been fixed. After going through a lot of logs, I found out that there was a small bug in the code. It only happened when the race was a youth race, and when a driver would retire in the first lap of the race. If that happened, then one driver would be duplicated and he would constantly try to overtake himself.
This bug has been fixed now. I also fixed a bug which caused a youth driver to retire in the first lap of the race without fuel, which was pretty silly.
