As was raised in the forum, there were a few small issues with the top section sponsor contracts. Because they run out only every season (or two seasons) it could be almost impossible to sign up a sponsor from a rival team.
Because this is not something that was intended, it has been changed. As from now on, section 4 and section 5 sponsor negotiations are going to run until the end of the season, or the end of the next season. That way a big part of all sponsor contracts will terminate at the same time, giving everyone an equal chance of signing up the really good contracts.
I have also fixed a small display bug which didn't show the "free sponsor spot" warning if you only had 1 section 4 contract.
